Our Story

Where It All Began

Born in Italy, I made my way to America in 1999. My love for traveling has led me to live and cultivate my craft in cities such as New York, London, and now Los Angeles. My extensive resume highlights my continuous evolution in creating distinctive and memorable cocktails. My continuous efforts to perfect the methods and techniques of the industry in order to create the perfect experience for the desired styles of bars in these cities has awarded my efforts with employment at notable establishments such as 7 MOMA in New York, Smollensky’s in London, Michelin star restaurant Providence and award-winning Copa d’Oro in Los Angeles.

My work has been awarded and recognized in publications such as Los Angeles Magazine, LA Times, Bon Appetit and Variety Magazine and has allowed me to collaborate with Food and Wine Magazine for a “Cocktail Clinic.” I was awarded twice in 2006 as LA’s best bar-chef by Starchefs.com and LA’s best bartender by Anthony Dias Blue.

Such notable recognitions allowed me to establish a reputation as the firs mixologist in Los Angeles, and thereafter created my beverage consulting company called, Mymixology.

Mymixology has since then, built and revamped a number of cocktail programs in many different styles of restaurants, bars, hotel bars, and resorts here in Los Angeles such as Pelican Hills Resort, Seven Grand whiskey bar, Nick & Stef’s, Steakhouse, CUT by Wolfgang Pick, Side-Bar at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, Shore Bar, Cowiche Canyon, Drago Centro, Love and Salt, Rossoblu, Fia Restaurant among others, and as part of my experience, I’ve had exceptional opportunities to collaborate with brands like Absolut, Galiano, 10 Cane, Sagatiba Cachaca, Gra’it grappa, and more.

Along with hotels, bars and restaurants, my services are extended to assisting in the development of private home bars, where I provide training on my system that’ll allow you to create any type and style cocktail for yourself or to entertain guests.

True passion above all, simplicity and bit of creativity has always been the standard behind my work ethic, and over the past 15 years I’ve combined my passion for riding my motorcycle all over the US, Canada and Mexico to visit a variety of distilleries in the effort to continue learning as much as I can about the culture, processes and methods behind perfecting the craft of the cocktail.
